Hi friends! How are you today!? If I may be honest, this blogging is getting harder. Don’t get me wrong I knew going in it would require work, but I didn’t anticipate how tiring it is. I still love it though! Don’t think for a moment I’m quitting anytime soon. But for all my peeps considering blogging, just know it’s the equivalent of a full time job.
With that being said, I want to introduce to you this chambray denim ruffle jumpsuit. Right before I bought this, I just watched Mamma Mia 2 and was on a total overalls kick. Raise your hand by the way if you watched the recent Mamma Mia 2? Did you love it? I did!
So my intention was to buy a pair of denim overalls to recreate Donna’s look. But instead I found this little jumper. Now at first, I was hesitant. The ruffled sleeves didn’t fit my vibe and typically I avoid pieces like that.
But the more I wore it, the more it grew on me.
And now we’re here with me showing you this little number from Dillards. So my friends, never say no to something until you wear it for at least five minutes. Try that flirty red dress or that crazy bold top on. Don’t let your past insecurities and doubts get the best of you. Just try it and see. You might love it.
Remember, all you need is five minutes and if you still hate it, burn it (please don’t actually burn anything lol). But first ask yourself why you hate it. Does it simply not fit your vibe or style or is it something deeper? I challenge you to explore your thoughts next time you try something on.
Ps. the bathroom situation is a little tricky with this piece. Let’s just say there’s a lot of unlacing and unzipping. It’s quite laughable really.
So what did you think of this? What are your thoughts on the newest Mamma Mia movie? Let me know below in the comments!
